Roosevelt Lake
Directions: From Mesa, go north on SR 87 (Beeline Highway) to the Roosevelt Lake turnoff, SR 188.
Fish species: Large & smallmouth bass, crappie, sunfish, catfish, bluegil and carp.
Boat Ramps: Cholla Boating Site (paved), Cholla Bay, Bermuda Flat, Orange Peel, Bachelors Cove, Schoolhouse Point, Windy Hill (paved) and Roosevelt Marina (paved).
Camping
Developed fee sites include: Tables, fire rings with grills, shade ramadas, toilets, showers, playground, adjacent boat ramps. Single or tent camp maximum: 10 people, 2 vehicles, 1 watercraft. Double camp unit maximum: 20 people, 4 vehicles,2 watercraft.
Developed sites:
Indian Point: 90 sites (no showers).
Cholla: 206 sites.
Windy Hill: 347 sites.
Schoolhouse: 204 sites. Open soon.
Grapevine Group Site: Developed group fee site, reservations required, event area, group ramadas, tables, fire rings with grills, toilets, showers, playground, sports field, adjacent boat ramps.
Undeveloped daily-use fee sites:
Bachelors Cove, Cholla Bay, Grapevine Bay, Orange Peel, Bermuda Flat.
All include trash receptacles, portable toilets, shoreline boat launching.
Vineyard: Daily fee, picnic, fishing site.
