Route: Take US 60 east to Idaho Road, go north to SR 88, the Apache Trail. Apache Lake is 40 minutes from Apache Junction. After Canyon Lake the road turns to dirt, is rough, with tight spots, but does not require a 4X4 (high clearace vehicle is recommended).
Fees: Day use $4 per vehicle, $2 per watercraft. (Prices may change without notice)
Camping: $9-$11 per site, shoreline $6-$8, plus day use. (Prices may change without notice)
Seasons: Year-round.
Recreation: Fishing, boating, water skiing, swimming, camping, and picnicking.
