Overview: The San Francisco Peaks can be seen on the
horizon, while elk, antelope, bald eagles and osprey are area
residents. The lake is surrounded by prairies and weathered trees,
and is stocked with rainbow, brown and brook trout.
Directions: Drive 30 miles south of Flagstaff on Forest
Highway 3 (Lake Mary Road) and turn east on FR 125. Follow this
road 4 miles to FR 82 and turn southeast 5.5 miles. FR 82 is either
snow covered or muddy in winter and is therefore closed.

Facilities: 18 single unit campsites with tables, fire
rings, and cooking grills, vault toilets, boat ramp at the lake.
Boat motor size limited to single 10 hp motor.
Rating: Popular.
Elevation: 7,000 feet.
Season: Mid-May to the end of September.
Fee: Call for current fees.
