borders both the north and south rims of the Grand Canyon, a

Jacob Lake Campground: Paved roads and spurs. 53 single unit sites, tables, cooking grills, drinking water, toilets (flush & pit), handicapped facilities, visitor Center, nature trails and amphitheater.
Naturalist programs are available in season. Nearby concession services include gasoline, supplies, restaurant, telephone, horesback riding and chuckwagon meals.
Elevation: 7920 feet
Season: May 15 to November 1
Directions: Campground is located on the main access route to the Grand Canyon's North Rim at the intersection of US 89A and AZ 67. The Grand Canyon's North Rim is just 44 miles to the south

Jacob Lake Group Camping Area: The Group Camping Area is designed to accommodate two groups at a time. Each group area has a covered ramada, vault toilet, tables, cooking grills, food preparation table and fire ring with benches.

Demotte Campground: 23 single unit sites, tables, cooking grills, drinking water and toilets (flush and vault). Tents, trailers, and small motor homes are allowed, but no utility hookups available.
Nearby concession services include gasoline, supplies, restaurant and telephone. Guided hikes and horse back rides are also available.
Elevation: 8760 feet
Season: May 15 to October 15
Directions: 25 miles south of Jacob Lake on AZ 67 and only 7 miles north of the entrance to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
