Overview: Located in the tall pines of the Rim Country, off Houston Mesa Road north of Payson.
Directions: Take SR 87 north to Payson, continue north 1.5 miles to Houston Mesa Road and turn right; the campground is only 1/10 mile on your left.
Facilities: 75 units with tables and grills, shower, toilets, water, dump station, hiking trail.
Rating: Very popular.
Elevation: 5,200 feet.
Season: Year-round.
Fee: Call for current fees.
